| Which universities in: The Netherlands/France/Portgual offer very intensive several week to month long courses in: Dutch/French/Portuguese for native English speakers? Reputable programmes only in which approximately four years worth of the language can be learnt.. Please don't be afraid of offering difficult courses even though fluency in a month or so may seem daunting to me. I'm fluent in five other languages and I've done it repeatedly, so don't worry. :).
